Orders are shipped on business days: Monday - Friday excluding stat holidays. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS, and deliveries can take 2-5 days depending on the method selected during checkout. Orders are shipped out the following day after your order is placed, and once shipped orders can not be changed or cancelled.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted natural quality of our products, we unfortunately are unable to process refunds, accept returns or exchanges. However, we do have a 30 day guarantee, that ensures you will be issued a store credit to be used on your next purchase.
